Not only does Kasala have a gorgeous inventory of home furnishings, but their prices are very reasonable and they will go to any length - including loaner furniture when orders are delayed - to keep their customers happy!

We recently bought the Phinney sectional from the SODO Kasala Outlet and we've been extremely happy with our purchase! The couch fits our home perfectly, is super comfortable, and big enough for two people to comfortably lounge. The couch is also super comfortable to sleep on, especially when you remove the back cushions, it makes the couch extra wide with room to move around. Perfect for afternoon naps or a place for friends to crash. Ashley, George, and the rest of the Kasala team have been excellent to work with. We paid for delivery and assembly service which I highly recommend, the team was on time, fast and professional. They were even able to accommodate a last minute change in delivery times due to a personal emergency. A few weeks after delivery, we encountered some minor issues with our couch (slight creaking and uneven legs). I reached out to the store and was amazed by their fast response time and graciousness. Ashley was immediately available to assist us and within two days of reaching out, George came over and resolved the issues quickly. We heard about Kasala from a friend and will continue recommending this great store!

End to end, from choosing our couch to having it delivered, everything and everyone was top notch. I would rather shop with a local company than get some boneless couch delivered in a box from the smile company.

I absolutely love my sofa with all three seat expandable to back , it's like sofa cum bed which is so cozy ,real comfort , enjoying moments while watching TV for long time without strain of sitting straight , actually we ordered lissioni sectional fabric , after 6 Months problem we had is weekly one feather was coming out of sitting seat per month not more than 10 feathers so we went to warehouse to check new collection , but none of them was like ours we really don't like any other sofa , we checked about more than 30 varieties , so we replaced our same sofa lissioni sectional with microfiber cover they replaced within warranty it is same like old with thick protection cover now we don't worry of feather coming out , my husband only check about this shop in online he really loves it , worth of buying , it's one of best thing we had in our house , employee in this are really friendly , explain things very well ,:)

Abe was great, thank you Abe for your enthusiasm and eagerness to assist! I have been furniture shopping for months, it’s hard to find a furniture outlet at the intersect of great quality/reasonable pricing/modern to mid century art but Kasala has it! The outlet is small but has a better selection of worthwhile pieces than most places. I purchased this ‘The Shade’ table lamp for under $150 and placed it in my bathroom; it makes a beautiful mood at night when I don’t want the full vanity lights on. The overall composure is high quality and stylish for the price. I’m glad I got this lamp and found this outlet store.

We bought our couch & a couple of items from here and were so pleased with the product quality and the service that we received throughout the process. Having visited all 3 of their stores in the city, can definitely say that the team is professional and very considerate. Our delivery guys were fantastic and so mindful of to not scratch anything in the process of bringing the couch upstairs. They carry a wide variety of quality items for a great price point and some lovely quirky decor pieces!
